About me

Hi there! My name is Gabe, I'm 26 years old, and I have a passion for all types of arts and crafts. I learned how to knit one day in my room using two pencils that I would have to sharpen very often and some scrap yarn I had from a school project my sophomore year of high school. Seeing as how using pencils wasn't very sustainable, I ended up joining my school's knitting club where I met some wonderful people and had access to the club's supplies. Having the correct materials helped engrain a deep love for knitting more than what was already there. About two years later I decided I wanted to learn how to crochet, since I felt there were some projects that I couldn't do by knitting. Going from knitting with two needles to crocheting with one hook was certainly an adjustment, but after some time I was able to catch on to it. Even though I've been knitting/crocheting for about 10  years, I haven't really completed as many projects as I would have liked to.

My goal for this website is to help keep myself on track with completing projects, keep a blog of my thoughts and struggles, as well as maybe even selling some items I complete. At the moment, my priority is to have fun and spread joy with each stitch!
